Who we are

Soltix (soltix.world, including app., info. and blog.soltix.world) is a Solana-based mining game and community. This policy explains what information we handle when you use the site, and why.

What we collect

Wallet sign-in: your public Solana wallet address and the signature proving you own it. We never ask for, receive or store seed phrases or private keys — nobody from Soltix will ever ask for them.

Profile and activity: the nickname you choose, game progress (mining, items, points), and what you publish in the Community Hub (stories, comments, reactions, reports). Published stories show your nickname or a shortened wallet address; your full address is not displayed next to your stories.

Technical data: IP address, browser type and request logs, used to keep the service secure (rate limiting, abuse and fraud prevention) and to count story views once per visitor.

Payments: if you buy Founder's Gear, the transaction is public on the Solana blockchain. We store its signature to verify and deliver your order.

Advertising (Google AdSense)

We show ads from Google AdSense to keep the Community Hub free and to fund the Soltix liquidity pool. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this and other websites.

Google's use of advertising cookies enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to our site and/or other sites on the Internet. You can opt out of personalized advertising in Google's Ads Settings, or opt out of some third-party vendors' use of cookies for personalized advertising at aboutads.info.

On this site you can also choose "Essential only" in the cookie banner (or "Cookie settings" in the footer): we then ask Google for non-personalized ads only.

How we use information

To run the game and the Community Hub, verify payments, prevent cheating, spam and scams, moderate reported content, answer support requests, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your personal information.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run Soltix: our hosting provider, a Solana RPC provider that reads public blockchain data to verify payments, and Google for advertising as described above. Each receives only what its service requires. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect users from fraud and abuse.

Security

Traffic is encrypted with HTTPS, sign-in uses one-time wallet signatures instead of passwords, and every game action is validated on our servers. No system is perfectly secure, so we never store anything that could move your funds — we never have your wallet's recovery words or keys.

Retention and your rights

We keep account and game data while your account is active, and security logs for a limited period. You can delete your own stories and comments at any time. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data, or object to processing, by emailing us — depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR) you may also complain to your data protection authority.

Information already written to the Solana blockchain (such as payment transactions) is public and cannot be deleted by anyone.

Children

Soltix is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
